Cynthia Louise Bissett was the Vice Director of Verizon's Mobile Network. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. is her father. He's director of an online company and businessman. Her family was in the elite Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan in the family of a Catholic family. This is why her parents put her into the Convent of the Sacred Heart an elitist and religious school. Her love of music began as a small toddler.
